Equal parts impressive and disappointing

An exceptional breakfast in the courtyard with great service left a lasting impression. Additionally, the clean and modern rooms provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool area was unexpectedly closed during our stay, limiting our relaxation options. Also, there were some minor maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The room was comfy with a great bed and updated bathroom. We loved the courtyard and enjoyed breakfast there every morning, especially the French pressed coffee. Especially Elsie, Isaac, and Miguelito, went above and beyond to. We'll definitely return!

The breakfast service lacks variety, with many guests leaving food uneaten due to limited options. Noise levels can be a hassle in the morning, especially with cleaning activities starting early.

The amazing hot water showers and comfortable large beds totally made my stay! We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful inner garden too.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the center, making it easy to explore bars and restaurants. However, the hotel has some mixed elements. the common areas lack air conditioning and the breakfast hours weren't consistent. Our room lacked windows and had some maintenance issues, like a broken towel bar. While the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the lack of reliable Wi-Fi in the rooms was a drawback. We did enjoy the freshly prepared salads at breakfast, which added a nice touch to our mornings.
